(A)ssessment: Our certified engineers will provide customers with a FREE comprehensive assessment (LAN, WAN, server, security, backup, etc...) of the current infrastructure with a full report and recommendations.
(D)esign:
Based on the assessment and the direction the customer would like to move, we will design a cost effective solution that will make the business more effecient and the employees more productive!
(I)ntegrate:
Once the customer has signed off on the project plan, our engineers will integrate the desired technology solution. Budget has executed many upgrades with minimal service downtime to the local and remote user community during normal business hours and after hours access!
(M)aintenance:
Budget is happy to maintain an existing infrastructure or a newly designed and integrated solution via remote monitoring if so desired. Remote monitoring allows our technical staff to address an issue usually before the customer even knows one exists.
(S)ervice:
Budget gladly provides onsite and remote support to any customer via customized service plans driven by the industries most stringent service level agreement. Proactive remote monitoring service can be setup if the customer would like to have issues addressed/resolved before the problem is detected by the user community. A call tracking system is ALWAYS used and our engineers keep the customer up to date with the progress of the resolution.
